I'm thinking it's obvious that they would be friends. They'd get along well enough, I think. I'm not sure about any plots that could stem from friendship, but I'm open.
I waaas thinking, though, that if Natalie would be attracted to Billie we could work her into that fun plot. :D I'm planning on throwing Billie off of the innocence bandwagon and into drugs and a curiosity for other things she hasn't experienced (aka possibly girl crushes). I don't know. It was an idea that just attacked my brain when I saw Natalie.
