TALBOT EMLEN GARRET
Talbot has few thoughts on just where she came from. her only known origin being found in a hospital waiting room over two decades earlier by her current foster parents Mrs. Amenish and Dr. Garret. She came to the island by choice, following the instructions of an unsigned letter telling her that she has family that exists in or around Ivory.
A student of anthropology and languages, she has risen in the ranks at Oxford before leaving to come to Ivory, a place that none of her studies could have prepared her for. With no way of contacting the friends and family she knows outside of the shores of the island she finds herself alone and searching for answers.
Talbot knows nothing of her heritage, or of her abilities, being raised only to believe that she is human. There is a darker side to her that habors the beast within, a side that Ivory calls to louder and louder with every minute she stays upon the land.
FRIENDS
Very much an open book, Talbot seeks out friendship with other because it can be a great asset to her, and because as a stranger to a new place she has no one she can rely on. Her curiousity and her studies make her very interested in people, and open to learning from many. As studious as she may she she is very protective of those she cares about.ENEMIES
Talbot has a tendancy to get herself into trouble with peope her curiosity and stubborness often making her at odds with those she doesn't agree with. The young woman is very bold, not apologizing for who she is or what she does, the best way to get on Talbot's bad side is to try and bully her around. There is a side to the young woman though that isn't known by many including herself. When the body is threatened her beast comes out, unknowing to her, if one makes the monster mad that is indeed a way to make a deadly enemy.LOVERS
Talbot has had no serious loves of her life, and upon leaving on her journey to Ivory she left no one behind to call her lover. In all reality love had never really been a huge concern of her's, but Talbot has had romantic leanings towards several of her female professor and peers...none of which have amounted to anything of deep importance.
