Before making a new character from scratch, we ask that you PLEASE look at the character request board. You may be interested in what you will find there, and you may find something that fits in with the character type you were trying to make.
There are a LOT of unfufilled requests... if you still want to make a character and don't think they'll fit in with the requests, then you are free to do so, but please try to see if they will first.
