Desdemona was walking, which was strange, she usually ran everywhere. She liked the speed, the wind blowing harshly against your face, the risk of running into something, but she never ever did hit anything. With a low growl from the back of her throat she stopped moving. Her brown eyes turned slightly red. Hunger. She had learned to fight the need to feed, but there were just some days and some moments that Mona had to feast. She had to feel the hot red liquid slip down her throat and satisfy the hunger. Thinking about it, made Desdemona happy she had gone to the Graveyard. It was quiet there, and easy to eat without being caught. She pushed her long brownish blond hair out of her face, and sat down and waited.

Amber eyes glittered with mischief as the girl skipped through the grave yard, golden hair streaming behind her in the slight breeze. Charlotte smoothed the ruffles on her tank top down and pulled up her silver colored denim shorts as she came to a halt. It was kinda spooky out here, one could almost say it was scary. Well any sane person would think so, dead bodies were under the ground; just six feet from the surface. Navy high tops scuffed the dirt as the youth's gaze flitted across the area, trying to spy ghosts or something else that would have an adventure linked to it.
Charlotte hated this island simply because it was so drull. There weren't that many cute boys and the ones that were cute, well they usually already had a girl with them. Or sometimes it was boy on boy, yuck! Well Charlotte knew she shouldn't be one to judge; see she had a secret crush on a girl back home but knew if she wanted to stay at her parents' house she would have to pretend to be a good little girl and only like the oppisite gender. Charlotte set her lips, and one side of her mouth naturally quirked up in response. Dubbing the place annoyingly dull, the blonde strolled across the graves, unafraid.
Something clicked in her head though as she neared the place where Mona sat and she stopped once more, cocking her head to the side. Amber hued gaze stared into the darkness, someone was there. She was sure of it. Charlotte rubbed her eyes and took another step forward, so close now to where Desdemona waited. "Hello!" The pretty girl called into the night.

Desdemona heard the footsteps on the ground long before the girl was even close to her. With another growl, she stood and took a few steps towards the girl. "Hello there." Mona said flicking her hair out of her eyes she took a few innocent steps towards the girl. The hunger was stronger now, burning through her. It felt like the a flame burning deep within. And the simple trickle of blood was all it took to get rid of the flame. With a hiss Desdemona took a few more steps towards the girl, her regular brown eyes turning a dark and dangerous red.

There was a feral growl someone close and the blonde took a step back, eyes wide. She’d heard strange things happened on Ivory Island and even stranger people or things lay in wait to bring one to their demise in the shadows. No, it was just stories, right? Charlotte bit her lip, muscles tensing as she waited for the creature to come out. Then it did and Char let out a sigh of relief, it was just a girl like her. Charlotte smiled inwardly, what a fool, it’s just a girl! She watched as the other came closer and a smile curled onto Char’s lips, glad to be in the company of another human. “Hello there.” Came the greeting and Charlotte replied, “Hello yourself! Almost a gave me a heart ‘tack.” The smile stuck but then Mona was rather close and Charlotte heard a hiss slip from the other’s lips.
Charlotte’s brow wrinkled, was her eyes playing tricks on her again? For now Desdemona’s once brown eyes had turned a churning dark red. What was this? Witch craft? Charlotte searched the other’s face for some answer to this puzzle but saw none. The smile was gone now, but Char took a step closer to Mona, intrigued by the other. “And what do we have here?” She murmured, brow still furrowed.

It was so easy to smell the blood radiating off of the other girl. It was making Mona's mouth water. It was making her long sharp teeth reveal themselves. It was making her eyes go to a dark crimson red. It was making her go insane. Mona took a few more steps towards the girl, her shoulders hunched up and her fingers curled up and looked like claws. She was stalking the girl, ready to pounce at any moment. 'And what do we have here?' The other girl said, and all her question did was make Mona smile an evil smile and cackle a horrid laugh. "We have here, a hungry hungry vampire." And then she pounced. Her mouth open, ready to bite into the girl's neck. As Mona landed, she and the girl toppled to the ground, the vampire's teeth sunk into the girl's neck and it all became a distance blur to the vampire after the first drop of blood entered her lips.

She should have ran or at least tried to but instead Charlotte immediatly relaxed. It all made sense now, clicked in her head. The blonde hadn't been with vampires for ten years, since her mother made her escape the clutches of the demons. She remembered now... Once upon a time Charlotte lived with her mother who just so happened to be a blood slave to a very important vampire. He was slowly draining the life out of Char's mother and henceforth Charlotte came, and started being used for blood. Age six was when she managed to escape and everything from that era became a blur and empty void in the girl's head. But now it was all rushing back as Mona's fangs became visible and her dark thirsty eyes. She needed blood.
"We have here, a hungry hungry vampire." The words confirmed Char's thoughts and she smiled about to tell the other it was okay, that she could have some of her blood but it was too late. By the time Charlotte began to form the words the other was upon her, and they feel on the ground a tangle of limbs. Mona bit down and Charlotte let out a whimper, arching up. She bit her tongue, blood spilt into her mouth, oh god maybe tonight wouldn't be so boring after all.

Desdemona was mesmerized by the fluid draining into her mouth. She barely remembered that she didn't want to harm the girl. No no, Mona was above killing people, or at least she only killed humans by accidentally. Thinking about this, and making sure she didn't kill the poor human, she pulled her fangs from the human's throat and she licked her lips. Mona cleaned the wound that she had created on the innocent neck. She licked it over, and made sure the bleeding had stopped before she looked up. Everything seemed fine, though the burning hunger was not gone yet. Her nose sniffed the air, and the scent of the rusty liquid was coming from the other girl's mouth. Mona growled and looked down at the female beneath her. A wicked smile spread on Mona's face, she tilted her head towards the girl's face. Mona was unsure if anything would come of this, but she desperately wanted the blood from the girl. Mona lifted her eyebrows questioning if the girl would care. "Oh dear, your tongue is bleeding!" She said in a teasing and motherly tone. Sure Mona had her limits and her dignity, but when it came to blood lust Mona would stop at absolutely nothing to get it.

She wanted to black out. To fade into the black void of the inbetween so she didn't have to feel the burning sensation at her neck while cold lips and hard fangs were pressed into her. But before her wish could come true the coldness was pulled away. She felt something else as the vampire sealed her wound and Charlotte furrowed her brow, surely the other wasn't fully fed yet. Why had she drawn away? Sitting up the blonde felt dizzy but pulled herself together studying the other as the sharp taste of iron left a tang in her mouth. "Oh dear, your tongue is bleeding!" A faint smile curled on the edges of Charlotte's lips at the vampire's mocking tone. She said slying the blood trickling out the corner of her mouth as she closed the space b "Oh really, I hadn't noticed." etween the two pressing her mouth's againgst the vampire. Better let her get her fill...

Desdemona was not expecting this girl to be so willing to let the vampire feed. Usually the humans screamed and tried to run away from Mona. But Mona never let them run, she never let them get away from her. And it was in those instants that she usually hurt or killed the innocent humans. She instantly pushed those thoughts to the back of her mind and she focused on where she was now. What she was supposed to do at the moment. Charlotte closed the gap first which caused Mona to smile, this gave Mona the advantage to get to the blood. Mona sucked the blood from Charlotte's tongue and did her best not to hurt the girl. It seemed as though most of the bleeding had stopped, as it wasn't a major wound, but Mona got every drop of blood on Charlotte's face. The drip of blood in the corner of her lips, any blood inside her mouth and the last remains around the wound. Mona smiled and pushed herself off of the girl, and still sat on the ground. "I'm...I'm awfully sorry about that..." Mona said wiping her lips to clean herself off. The crimson color slowly faded from her eyes and the regular brown came back.

It was weird. Completley gross and weird, did I mentrion gross? But Charlotte sat still as Mona cleansed her of her blood. However it was hard to not shiver when the vampire explored her mouth, sucking the minor wound on her tongue and then furthing herself by getting all the extra blood. Quick clean up but completely nasty! Charlotte did like Mona cleaning it off her face though, she enjoyed that part and pushed the thoughts the vampire in her mouth to the back of her mind. She had fed, Charlotte watched as the once crimson eyes faded back to a pretty normal brown color. Amber hued orbs watched as the vampire sat down, was that guilt? No, not possible this was a vampire. "I'm...I'm awfully sorry about that..." Charlotte managed a smile, "It's okay, you were hungry I understand." Then she stuck out a hand, "I'm Charlotte, or just Char... My mother was a blood slave to your kind and I was too until I was six or so..." She trailed off, wondering what the other thought.
