The witch of the island has vanished without a trace. The large black wolf is also no where to be found.

After all of the scavengers arrived back to wait at the witch's tarot shoppe for further treatment for their wounds, they realized that Lilith wasn't with them. When they tried to go back to the swamp, there was no sign of the wasteland they had once been in.
It seems that the whole area of the island is simply gone. With all serious injuries treated, some of the islanders may be able to go about their daily lives with relative normality. But for some, they will need to stay with a pack- with a clan- with people to take care of them.
Leandro Calzavara and Shaun Morgan have temporarily stepped up to run the La Peste Negra pack, but without Nero's authority, will it fall apart?
Some believe the witch's disappearance is a good thing, a celebration is being thrown in what is being called the "death of the witch"'s honor. However, not everyone is buying into this story. The siblings of purgatory can feel that their master is still alive- their contract is still in affect. But in their master's absence, will their choas get out of control?
