Only scientists (and technically now virtues) allowed in the laboratory without admin permission. PM me or poke me in the c-box.
Few problems that you may can clear up...
1.) He and Caterina would have only seen each other in passing and when they were making sure they "worked". No interaction would have been allowed otherwise. It's likely the scientists already have immunity to the vaccine or else he'd have killed them (just some extra info there.)
2.) As soon as they were deemed ready, they would have been released onto the island but likely in the swamp which is currently blocked off (since Lilith isn't on the island, they would want to make sure that he didn't kill any of the residents when there wasn't a safety block in place.
3.) The lab is wayyyyy too far underground for anyone to hear footsteps of the islanders.
